Last (but not least) about Switzerland trip

Allied bombing raids, Freddie Mercury, United Nations, broken chair, ‘thieves’ in Geneva, Chaplin, Swiss chard, art, Starbucks prices, fur, huge fork, ode for the transport cards, World Trade Organization, cows

And this concludes the Switzerland ‘report’ trip. Previous posts were:

As a matter of fact I would have liked to write 2 more posts ‘Sleeping in the Geneva Airport’ and ‘Fairmont Le Montreux Palace’, but perhaps later.

Switzerland was bombed (by mistake) by the Allies during the WWII. The poster in a museum says ‘The enemy sees your light’, the enemy being the Allies (the swastika is not on the wings).a poster with a skeleton on it

One of best things in Switzerland, free travel pass for buses, trains and even some boats. And no time limitations, valid from the day of the check-in to the day of the check-out, no more stress with what tickets and if to buy.

In front of a church, flowers and Swiss chard. My wife drew my attention to it as I would not recognize the Swiss chard for my life, I just eat it if it is on my plate. First time I didn’t get it but after a while …  We are in Switzerland and they planted Swiss chard (a vegetable) among flowers. Do you get it now? This is a sense of humour to be appreciated.a stone building with a steeple
