‘Have your say for a chance to win 50,000 miles!’

Alt text: An email from Aeroplan with the subject "A Chance to Have Your Say... A Chance to Win Miles." The email invites recipients to complete a survey about their recent experience with the Aeroplan Contact Centre for a chance to win 50,000 Aeroplan Miles. The email is dated August 30, 2012, and includes a personalized greeting. It emphasizes the importance of customer feedback and provides a link to the survey, stating it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The email also features an image of two people sitting on a rocky mountain peak, with the Aeroplan logo and the tagline "Rewarding Life" at the top. There are links at the bottom for contest rules, contact us, unsubscribe, and privacy policy.

Usually I don’t fill out surveys, unless there is some reward.

And this survey fulfilled the criteria ๐Ÿ™‚ so I completed it, and I have noticed two faults in the survey.

1. The last column says ‘Don’t remember/Not applicable’, but they are different, you cannot just put them in the same column. I do remember what I talked with the CSR but the line is not applicableThe image shows a survey form for evaluating an Aeroplan Customer Service Representative. There are two statements to be rated: "Was professional" and "Informed you of opportunities to accumulate and redeem Aeroplan Miles." Each statement has a rating scale from 1 to 10, where 1 means "Does not describe at all" and 10 means "Describes completely." There is also an option for "Don't remember/Not applicable." The "Don't remember/Not applicable" option is circled in red for both statements, and this option is selected for both statements.

2. I could have completed the survey twice. The link in the email I have received should have been personalized (they knew who I was) or at least ask for the Aeroplan number before starting the survey.
