World Cup Here I Come

A friend convinced me to accompany him to the World Cup as he had two tickets for one game. I don’t really know how, but I fell for it, maybe because I am weak. He kept saying that this is a life time opportunity to go to a World Cup in a country like Brazil. Did I want to go to Russia in 2018 or Qatar in 2022? He asked. Why not? I thought. Qatar is a safe country.

Unfortunately, Brazil is seventh among the world’s most violent nations after El Salvador, the US Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Colombia and Guatemala.

We will see what happens. I already bought the airline ticket.
